By using PostFlex digital stamp technology and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
PostFlex provides digital stamp technology that transforms traditional postal and fiscal stamps into secure digital codes. Our services include:
- Digital stamp code generation and verification
- AI-powered security and fraud detection
- Real-time analytics and reporting
- Enterprise integration APIs
- Customer support and technical assistance
2. User Responsibilities
Users of PostFlex services agree to:
- Use digital stamps only for legitimate postal and fiscal purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent our security systems
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and access codes
- Report any suspected fraud or security vulnerabilities immediately
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
3. Service Availability
PostFlex strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for our digital stamp verification services. However, we reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Temporarily suspend services for security updates
- Limit access during extraordinary circumstances
- Modify service features with reasonable notice to users
4. Intellectual Property
All PostFlex technology, including our Dynamic Security DNA algorithms, verification systems, and related intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of PostFlex. Users are granted a limited license to use our services but may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
- Create derivative works based on our systems
- Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
5. Payment and Billing
- Digital stamp purchases are final and non-refundable
- Enterprise customers will be billed according to their service agreements
- All payments must be made through approved payment methods
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of billing
6. Limitation of Liability
PostFlex’s liability is limited to the cost of digital stamps purchased. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Data loss or corruption
- Third-party actions or services
7. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- All unused digital stamps remain valid until expiration
- Access to analytics and reporting services ceases
- Data backup and migration assistance available for 90 days
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PostFlex is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
9. Updates to Terms
PostFlex reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
